- in large saucepan heat up the oil and drop the sauce in please be careful during this step if oil is too hot is will splatter...cook for about 7 minutes
- add the remaining cups of water and add more if needed...you can cook on simmer and let it go until all flavors are combined.
- the last thing you want to add is the shrimp....they will only take 6-7 minutes to cook so be sure to add right before serving.
- add pepper to taste and garnish with cilantro.
